Nice rustic green space. Had surprisingly good wifi, and the accommodations were minimal but quite acceptable, as was the included breakfast. It was a bit expensive given no air conditioning, but it had a warm shower and clean bedding and towels. The location is a 10-minute walk to the city center with some elevation and the morning have some active birds and chickens. Parking was easy, and the staff were all very helpful and accommodating.
Excelente lugar, muy recomendable. Tuvimos un accidente durante nuestras vacaciones en un tour, pero el personal y las dueñas estuvo pendientes de nosotros. Muy hermoso lugar, una lástima no haber podido disfrutar más por nuestra situación. Cuando regresemos, sin duda será nuestra opción. Por cierto es pet friedly

Muy bonito lugar. Se descansa tranquilo, habitaciones limpias
Habitación muy húmeda, la regadera salía muy poca agua y la TV solo canales de televisión abierta, el agua te la ponen en una jarra tapada con papel film y 2 vasos; un problema con las toallas ya que era una habitación triple y solo ponían 2 toallas y en todo solo consideraban para 2 personas; las almohadas muy duras para mi gusto; un ventilador de los redondos, ya que no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Con respecto a la limpieza y la atención del personal fue de mi agrado. El desayuno incluido delicioso, las en-moladas exquisitas las recomiendo y el licor de hierbas “Yolixpa” riquísimo.
Clima húmedo y mucha vegetación, muy amables en atención en el hotel mixti, desayuno incluido y muy rico el mole, los tlayoyo, café refill. Aceptan tus mascotas, en mi caso a dos chihuahuas. Cerca del centro si te gusta caminar la verdad no está lejos, te distraes viendo gran cantidad de mercancías, frutas de gran variedad. No hay Oxxo ni tiendas ni plazas comerciales que afean. Es todo una población amable y trabajadora usando la mayoría ropa típica y cacles. Encantados por Cuetzalan Y el hotel.
El lugar muy bonito, el personal muy amable y estuvieron atentos a cualquier situación y no se diga la comida estuvo súper deliciosa
